Frequently asked questions
Is WhiteBooks GSP-certified and Quicko not?
Yes. WhiteBooks is a GSP (GST Suvidha Provider) with direct connectivity to GSTN, NIC e-Way Bill, and the IRP. Quicko relies on third-party partners for GSTN access, so WhiteBooks has a shorter call path and lower latency for high-volume integrations.
Which one is better for ERP integration?
WhiteBooks. We publish OpenAPI 3.0 specs, first-party SDKs in Java / Node.js / Python, a public sandbox, and 99.99% uptime SLA — all of which large ERP rollouts (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Dynamics) require for go-live approval. Quicko is optimised for end-user tax filing rather than embedded API consumption.
Can WhiteBooks handle bulk IRN generation?
Yes. The /api/v1/bulk-generate-irn endpoint accepts up to 1,000 invoices per call. Production traffic on WhiteBooks exceeds 9 crore IRNs annually with peak bursts above 1.6 M IRNs in a 24-hour window.
Does Quicko publish a status page or changelog?
Not publicly at the time of writing. WhiteBooks publishes whitebooks.in/status (99.994% rolling 30-day uptime) and whitebooks.in/changelog with semver releases plus a 90-day deprecation policy.
What about ZATCA (Saudi Arabia) coverage?
WhiteBooks ships a separate /einvoice endpoint for ZATCA Phase 2 (KSA), hosted in the me-south-1 region for data residency. Quicko is India-focused and does not offer ZATCA coverage.
