Distributor flow

Distributors typically have GSTINs in 10–25 states. Each branch ships to wholesalers and retailers in its state (intra-state) and occasionally to neighbouring states (inter-state). WhiteBooks:

• Generates IRN per B2B invoice — required for all distributor → wholesaler flows above the e-Invoicing threshold
• Generates e-Way Bill for every consignment > INR 50,000
• Tracks batch number on each line item — surfaces in GSTR-1 reporting
• Routes returns (refund credit notes) within the 24-hour IRP cancellation window or via a credit note referencing the original IRN beyond that

Schedule-H interlock

WhiteBooks doesn't enforce Schedule-H/H1/X drug compliance — that stays in your domain system (or specialised pharma ERP like Marg, Logic Soft, BharatERP). But the GST + IRN side surfaces the batch number, expiry date, and drug name from the invoice payload so your drug-compliance system can interlock.

High return rates

Pharma returns (expiry, breakage, refused-on-delivery) run 8–12% in distribution. Each return must either cancel the original IRN (within 24h) or issue a credit note referencing the original IRN. WhiteBooks generates both with one API call.
