What does the Oracle e-Invoice Connector do?+
It triggers IRN generation from Oracle at the point of invoice creation, through WhiteBooks' GSP channel to the IRP. The IRN and QR code post back to the Oracle transaction for print / despatch.
Does it work with Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS?+
Both. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (which carries native IRP integration from release 21A), Oracle E-Business Suite R12/12.2, NetSuite and JD Edwards are all supported via REST/SOAP web services and BI Publisher.
Does it support real-time and bulk modes?+
Yes. Real-time mode posts each invoice immediately; bulk mode collects invoices on a schedule and submits in batches of up to 1,000 through the OIC middleware.
How are IRP errors handled?+
Each rejected invoice surfaces in a dashboard with the IRP error code and a one-click correction workflow. Auto-retry is supported for transient errors.
Can I cancel an IRN from Oracle?+
Yes. Cancellation within the 24-hour IRP window is supported from the Oracle transaction. Beyond 24 hours, credit notes are issued per GST law.
