Recent incidents
10 May 2026 · IRP upstream slowness (degraded)
Between 14:22 and 14:48 IST the upstream NIC IRP returned elevated latencies (p95 ~ 2.4s vs typical 312 ms). WhiteBooks queueing kicked in; all submitted IRNs were eventually generated. No data loss. Root cause: upstream NIC maintenance window that overlapped peak filing hours. Action: we now prefetch IRP capacity status and route around it during similar windows.
22 April 2026 · Sandbox 502 errors (resolved)
Between 09:10 and 09:33 IST the sandbox environment returned intermittent HTTP 502 responses. Caused by a load-balancer config rollback. Resolved by reverting to the previous LB image. Production was unaffected.
15 March 2026 · KSA ZATCA simulation environment maintenance
4-hour maintenance window (02:00–06:00 IST) for the KSA ZATCA simulation environment. Production KSA API was unaffected; ZATCA itself runs the upstream during the same window.
18 February 2026 · Brief GSP gateway restart (resolved)
2-minute gap (between 03:14 and 03:16 IST) during a planned gateway certificate rotation. Single-digit number of requests retried successfully on the client SDK's built-in retry logic.
12 January 2026 · Dashboard login slowness (resolved)
Hosted dashboard login took ~6 seconds (vs typical 800 ms) between 11:50 and 12:14 IST due to a session-cache cold start. API endpoints were unaffected. Resolved by warming the session cache earlier in the deploy pipeline.
Upcoming maintenance
No scheduled maintenance windows in the next 14 days. Planned maintenance is announced at least 7 days in advance to enterprise customers, with the option to defer non-critical windows.

Upstream NIC / IRP / GSTN outages outside our control are tracked transparently in the IRP integration row.
